The patent rights in this invention, a new class of corrosion prevention, had been assigned to the USA of the usa as represented by the Administrator of the countrywide Aeronautics and house Administration. NASA has not yet made a decision to grant the requested license and can deny the requested license despite the fact that no objections are submitted inside the remark length.
